Bug Description

Binary package hint: computer-janitor

I started Computer-Janitor and there were some packages and issues to delete/solve. But I decided to solve two of these shown errors on my own. Coming back to Computer-Janitor, I searched for a button to reanalyse (analyse again) my system.

Can you please add such a button? This shouldn't be hard to implement because the part of the program which analyses my system still exists.

I'm using Computer-Janitor in version 1.13.3-0ubuntu2 on Karmic.

When can I hope to see this fixed?

Linus, probably some time in the Ubuntu Lucid development cycle. The fix might get backported to karmic, if someone thinks it is worthwhile and can convince the release managers that it is OK.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue , in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install , that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of the project.

this is a feature request so not a papercut

For further info about papercuts criteria , pls read > https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PaperCut

Don't worry though, This bug has been marked as "invalid" ONLY in the papercuts project.
