Bug Description
When exiting suspend to ram mode on hp6735s with bios revision F0D the fan goes at maximum speed and doesn't slow down until the machine is restarted. In the dmesg log this report appears:

Moreover, if the system is suspended a second time, the fan stops at all and doesn't restart again, forcing to reboot the machine.
Steps to reproduce: 1) select supend from the gnome shutdonw menu
2) reactivate the machine by pressing the power button
(do it twice for the second problem to show)

Tuxman,
I realize that it hs been a while since this was reported, but could you run 'apport-collect -p linux 454001' so that all relevant debug information can be added to this case? I'd like to see if this issue is different that what we have seen elsewhere.
Thanks!
