Bug Description

Have no idea what this bug is. My ati graphics card is a power color 2900XT the motherboard is a gigabyte 790FXT-UD5P which uses ALC889A realtek audio chip. Perhaps a conflict arose when I installed the ATI catalyst driver. (I have been using just the mesa driver because the fan on the graphic card tends to run full blast when I install the ati driver while the open source ones work best). Actaully this graphics card is a 2900-Pro but altered the bios in the card to 2900XT because windows 7 beta and RC were always sending me a 2900XT driver and so I thought that since this driver worked that I could just change the bios to 2900XT. Maybe this is a mistake. I'm planning to get a new graphics card anyways because this card runs way too hot.
