Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity-
As you could see at [1], there are two templates for Russian language - Russian (Russian Federation) and Russian.
This is wrong, since Russian language haven't variants like en_US, en_GB, en_CA and so on.
Please remove template [2] for better integrity and to avoid possible problems.
