Bug Description
Many subversion repositories have a simple username / password pairs for "anonymous" access. e.g. username: "guest"; password: "guest". It would be good to allow these repositories to be registered on Launchpad.

bzr-svn, bzr-hg and bzr-git actually support usernames/passwords in URLs but Launchpad forbids URLs with credentials in them from being entered.
