Binary package hint: groovy

Hi

Please run the testsuite for this language during build; I think it's important to aim at failing the build if the language doesn't work as the testsuite expects it to.

Actually we tend to run the test during Debian CI (https://ci.debian.net). But currently we haven't put groovy into CI yet.
