Bug Description

Binary package hint: notify-osd

Using 9.10 Beta.

Version number is 0.9.23-0ubuntu1

The notify-osd pop-ups (such as, "Network Connection Established," or "Print Job Completed") has about a notification's width of space between the top panel and the notification itself (see attachment). I'm not sure if this is some sort of feature or not, but it seems more obtrusive and window-content-obscuring this way, so I assume it's a bug. The notification functions fine otherwise, it blurs when moused over, it dismisses itself in the correct amount of time, the icons are correct, etc.

Expected: The notification is connected to the top panel with no space in between, in the upper right corner of the screen.

Actual: The notification is separated by approximately the width of the notification from the panel (around 3/4 inch on my 17", 1280x1024 monitor)
