Bug Description

Binary package hint: bluez

When pairing bluetooth with my nokia 5310 with the Bluetooth manager on the gnome tray I'm given the option to "Access the internet using your phone". When I check this it creates a extra option in Network Manager with my Bluetooth alias. The issue is when I select the option it connects to my phone and then promptly disconnects.

Thanks,

please killall bluetooth-applet ... then stop bluetoothd service

when that is done run bluetoothd -n -d on console and bluetooth-applet -d on another console. then start from scratch and do a connection ... attach both outputs and also your complete syslog showing this incident.

Install blueman and open rfcomm0. Than the connection over nm-applet works.

Very strange, i thought the nm-applet open automaticly the rfcomm0 device.

But its OK. I can connect over Bluetooth now.
