for the visualisation, editing and simulation of molecular biological
structures. It interacts well with / is a GUI to other players in the
field, like Gromacs, and offers the functionality for visualising traces
that are otherwise only found in non-free tools like VMD, which is not even
packaged.

It is far to close to release for new packages. This will get automatically sync'ed for Lucid and then you can request a backport to Karmic if you want. Marking wontfix for Karmic.
