Bug Description
Binary package hint: cupsys
After setting up my HP 3740 Deskjet, I copied the Icon onto my Gnome Desktop for eaiser access.
When I go into advanced properties to set the settings for the Printout Mode, Paper Size, and Ink Cartridge to be used.
Then back out and go back in the settings are back at the default settings.
ie. Page Region: A4 I set it for Letter, Resolution,Ink Type,Ink Type Media Type: "Controlled by Printout Mode", I tried to set it for Black-n-Color Cartridge 300 dpi and even 600 dpi, Printout Mode: Normal Color Cartridge I set it for Normal Grayscale Black Cartridge.
While if you goto Print off of a Web Browser, or a Program inside Ubuntu Dapper Beta Gnome, You can set the settings and they'll remain where you put them even if you reboot or shut down.
Yet another consequence of the infamous bug 34112. It should be fixed with today's updates.
