Bug Description
I'm updating Ubuntu from 9.04 to 9.10 ("Alt+F2" and "update-manager -d"). The title "Upgrading Ubuntu to version 9.10" in the window isn't translated in French. See the attached screen shot.

This bug looks similar with bug 460547 . I will mark as duplicate as the work was already done on the other bug.
Please remove the duplicate, if you this this is another problem.
