Kaddressbook field name matches US address info

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kaddressbook
Right now, in KAddressBook version: 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu1, when the user trying to add the address information, the field is UK standard. (i.e. Locality, Region, Postal code). It will be good if we can provide the option to change it to the US standard. For example:
1. Locality to City
2. Region to State
3. Postal code to Zip Code
You will be able to see the field within KAddressBook from New> Edit Addresses...
