When filing a bug and clicking a suggested bug, the report gets closed

Bug Description
When I file a new bug in launchpad, I get a list of suggested bugs. I decide that I need to report a new bug, click "No, I need to report a new bug", and a text box opens beneath. If I click one of the suggested bugs (for example, to copy its number to say that the new bug relates to bug number such-and-such), the bug I clicked is opened, and the reported bug is closed. If I click again "No, I need to report a new bug" my report reappears, but it's a bit frightening.
I suggest to keep the report box opened if some contents was entered there.
