'Browse' button for a USB device does not take to USB device

Bug Description

When connected a USB stick , a pop up comes up with 'Browse' option , when one presses 'Browse' option the user is not taken to Attached devices->USB device , main menu is shown.

Steps to reproduce :

1.Launch Moovida
2.Connect a USB device
3.Press on 'Browse' when pop up comes

Expected Result : Goes inside Attached devices->USB device menu

Current Result : Main menu is displayed , does not go inside Attached devices->USB device menu

Seem to work with expected results : after connecting the usb key the disc content is displayed.
Tested in Ubuntu Linux 9.04

Sudesh, on what platform/s this bug was/is valid?
And can you trace it in the logs when that happens?

This issue happens on both platforms, linux as well as on windows , though Iam observing now that its not 100% reproducible issue , but I can reproduce it easily on both ununtu jaunty and windows xp most of the times.

Following is the stack trace oberved when this issue happens:

I think the "background" of this bug is the same as in bug 411769:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/elisa/+bug/411769. This is regression
introduced in revision 1451.

I can reproduce on Ubuntu Jaunty (although, as pointed out by Sudesh, not 100% of the time).

And as pointed out by Anna, this looks very much like bug #411769.
In fact the symptoms are different but the cause is the same.
