Ubuntu 9.10 beta Install CD doesn't recognize my installed operating systems

Bug Description

I have on my laptop, a Dell Inspiron 1525, Ubuntu 9.04 and Windows Vista installed.
I tried to upgrade my Ubuntu to 9.10 beta, but the Install CD didn't recognize any of my
HD's partitions (I have one for Windows, one for swap, one for / and one for /home).
The partitioner stage of the installation only shows a blank disk, asking me to
create new partitions. It should show my HD's current partitioning state.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. Can you attach the files in the "/var/log/installer/" directory, when you try to install the system ?
