Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
I have Karmic installed. I just saw in my Empathy I don't have my SIP account enabled. Thus, I installed telepathy-sofiasip and tried to add my account. If I try to add a Sip account, I can add my details and change the name of the SIP account. However, after closing the dialog I'm not logged into that account and if I go back to the accounts screen, my just created SIP account is gone. So, empathy does not save my account at all.
As my home partition is separate from my system partition, it is possible there are some settings left from earlier installs (Jaunty) - but this shouldn't matter, I think.
