python2.6 crashed with SystemError in markInstall()

Bug Description

Binary package hint: python2.6

Description: Ubuntu karmic (development branch)
Release: 9.10 (beta1), amd64

After I opened K3b to burn pictures I got a message in the lower right corner that needs to be updated codec for this program and made it with. After the reported error and the window for application. When I chose that I want to send a mistake appeared in a dozen windows error in this application (python2.6), but I managed to come to the browser framework for application failure.
