Bug Description

The chroma-key, just as any other effect, can't be used more than once on a same clip. This forbids multiple color keying, causing screens with color variations, like floor and wall keying to not be keyed out correctly.

We need to use a unique id to identify effects on a clip, instead of using just the name of the effect. This would allow any effect to be included multiple times on a clip.

I added a unique_id property to each effect, which now enables us to have multiple copies of any effect.... for example, multiple chroma-key effects to substitute multiple colors of a clip. This opens up all sorts of cool combinations of effects!
