Bug Description
Our teams code is currently part of the main project's code. This does not make for a flexible or extensible system. Apache-openid should have a plugin api which enables 3rd-party plugins to register themselves and participate in the OpenID transaction without touching the core code. The teams code should then be removed from core and included as a separate plugin.
