CUPS: no default destination

Bug Description

After doing a fresh install of recent version, doing lpr, lpq, etc... results in "no default destination". I have to run lpoptions -d ${printername}, which is okay by me, but I've never had to do that before, and many users will not be able to figure that one out.

This is true. After installing local/remote printer, it's not set up as default, even tough it's the only one.
