This is an issue with the Qt library that has been fixed for Qt 4.5.3. Once Qt 4.5.3 is available I will close this bug as Fix Released.

Fix released to the development version of Kubuntu 10.04. (Highly un-recommended that any one use 10.04 at this point, though)
