iwl3945 connection lost, must un/reload the module

After some time (suspend, hibernate) the connection is lost.

If I look in dmesg, I can see this :

No success.

I can solve the problem by unloading / Reloading the module with :
modprobe -r iwl3945
modprobe iwl3945

And it works like a charm.
