Bug Description
At the moment rtorrentui is creating .rtui.unrar -file to every directory it processes. Is this really necessary? It would make more sense to create it only to directories where decompression of rar-packages has been done.

It's necessary to keep rtui from checking the directories every single time it runs. The other solution might be to use a sqlite database, but it's a hassle to reset when needed.
