Unable to start new project

Bug Description
When I click "start new project, "The folder contents could not be displayed. Invalid byte sequence in conversion input" appears. If I click okay and try to make the project, "Unable to create project. The file or folder location is write-protected." appears. I have windows Vista Home premium and have installed 0.11.3 Jokosher for Windows. Please help

We have never tested Jokosher on Windows Vista, so thanks for letting us know that this is a problem. We will try to figure out what is causing it.
