Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

i tryed in ubuntu 9.10 64 bit to instal the adobe flash payer from synaptic but i get

You seem to have a package "adobe-flashplugin" installed. Please uninstall this package before trying to install flashplugin-nonfree or flashplugin-installer.
