nm-applet does not store/remember any vpnc info

Bug Description

I have a server edition + ubuntu-desktop running on top of it. I tried to enter vpnc info. But nm-applet does not show any vpn connections once I save and authenticate. This however is not a problem in another system, I have, which runs on a full desktop version.

Solved:
 edited "/etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf"
changed the "managed = false " setting to "managed = false"
