default list price for shop

Bug Description
when a shop is created, you can assign a list price for him.
when you create a new sale order, this sale order is assigned to a shop but, the list price appear only when you selected the shop on the list.
if your price policies is by shop, and some specifing discount by customer ypu can't make it because the order sale list price is not affected by default
