Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Plus a contribution mine
I use one notebook
The problem is the following:
In System Settings - > Display - > Power Control - > Enable display to power management is not selected, but I verified that after a certain time my monitor entered in stand-by.
I discovered that one another control of energy of the monitor exists in System Settings-> Border Advanced - > Power Management - > Edit Profiles.
I would like to know why the first option is kept, if it does not function!

Thanks for all and I wait to have one more time helped
