3.7.2 Is the latest version of claws-mail. There is a bug in the version included in Ubuntu with GTK+ 2.18. This bug causes the display to not update correctly. This issue was fixed in the upstream version.

Because this is an issue that will affect every person using this mail client, I'd really like to see this included in Karmic. The fix is already available. I talked to someone who manages the claws-mail PPA (Colin) and he said he would try to update the package tomorrow.

Known and fixed upstream, I'll update ~claws-mail's PPA ASAP.

Now all you have to do is manage to find a MOTU willing to fix the official package... :)
