Adding help text may improve mythvideo user experience

Considering Bug #445907 and #445043, as well as the frequent questions on the mythtv mailing lists, iamlindoro suggested that a help message for the "novideos" text area may improve the user experience (and lower the number of invalid bug reports). Below is an example (we certainly don't have to use this exact text):

Upstream also said the "exit, wait 5 seconds, and come back" will not be necessary within the next few days, so we can eliminate that portion. They also just committed somthing similar to the default themes (which provides an alternative example for the wording):
