Andros83, this issue is unreproducible in LibreOffice Draw via the Terminal:

cd ~/Desktop && wget https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/446312/+attachment/794281/+files/test.odg && lodraw -nologo test.odg

clicked a cell, deleted contents, saved file, no crash. Does this work for you?

[This is an automated message.]
There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.

The problem persists, I've try to copy/paste a table (5x25) into draw and the bug also affects project Libreoffice.

Andros83 (mail-ceandrea), I beg your pardon but the test conducted in comment #4 was not relevant to this issue. Could you please be exact regarding:

+ What table specifically was pasted? If not attached, could you please attach it to this bug?
+ When the new 10x30 table is inserted how long does it take to do so?
+ How long does it take to perform what specific operation on the table?

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. This Ubuntu release has reached EOL for Desktops.

Since this bug hasn't been touched in a while and the Incomplete autoclose didn't work, I'm going to close it.

If you can still reproduce on a new version of Ubuntu, please reopen it.
