Bug Description
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
The games Glest and Chromium have broken audio when pulse is installed. Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 9.10 beta
2. Install Chromium or Glest
3. Listen(possibly wait a long time or engage the games so they play many sounds simultaneously)
4. Hear line noise intermittently which interrupts audio playback

Try installing the libsdl1. 2debian- pulseaudio package, as SDL has pulseaudio support, and let me know if that makes any difference.
