Bug Description

Using version 2.0.0 under windows, (had similar problems with 1.18)

I get this error:

bzr: ERROR: SvnRepository('svn://server/project') is not compatible with CHKInventoryRepository('file:///D:/project/trunk/') different serializers

when executing this:

bzr branch --stacked svn://server/project/trunk trunk

It's correct this is not supported.

Subversion itself does not support stacking, and bzr does not support stacking different formats on top of each other yet.

Subversion itself is basically *always* stacked on the upstream repository's branch...
