Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When on this page for example:
http://www.teva.com/ProductDetails.aspx?g=k&categoryID=144&productID=6262&model=Logan
The drop down menus by color and size are cut so you can not see the bottom of the text. This happens on numerous sites. The link above is just an example.

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Sometimes Firefox profiles can become corrupt and/or extensions can conflict. Could you please try this with a new profile and see if the problem still exists? You do not need to delete your old profile to test. If this helps, you might want to try to disable all your extensions and re-enable them one by one until you find the problematic one.

You can start the profile manager with the following command:
firefox -ProfileManager

unlikely a ffox issue. please complain with the website owner first. he probably did some fixed sizing of elements or something similar nasty that only works on a few specific setups.

Hi. I created a new profile and the problem was not there. I then deleted that profile and went in under the old "default" profile and disabled the three "add-ons"
that were there... (adblock plus, Add this and then a mozilla componant one).. no change..
So if I just get rid of the old profle, import my bookmarks into the new profile and tweak that one... do I mess anything up?
