Please sync phatch 0.2.2-1 (universe) from Debian Unstable (main)

Phatch 0.2.2 is a special bug fix only release for Ubuntu Karmic. New translations have been added, but not a single new feature. (So no FFe is needed according to ScottK.) It fixes all the reported bugs against Phatch in Ubuntu:

Next time please file the bug against the Ubuntu package (not the upstream project) and mention the complete version (including the Debian revision) in the title.
We sync the sources (not the *.deb files) and build them in Ubuntu again.

I'll probably release tomorrow phatch 0.2.3 (bugfix release) and piotr will upload it to debian As the 0.2.2 sync request did not happen yet, I guess it would be better to sync 0.2.3 instead to save some effort.

BTW, what is a "merge sync request"? It could be either a sync or a merge request. ;)
