Bug Description
Storm 0.15 package from the PPA installs to /usr/local/
As discussed with jkakar and therve on #storm on Oct 7th, the solution may be as simple as passing --prefix=/usr to the install script.

I assume you're talking about Jamu's PPA packages here, right? Storm's distutils script doesn't contain any special path handling.
Jamu: is there any reason not to use the build rules from the Ubuntu packages? They seem to work fine.
