Binary package hint: empathy

Clicked envelope icon on task bar then clicked 'empathy'. apport poped up with this. using up to date 9.10 on i368 thinkpad t32.

could be one of those crasher Ken fixed recently, Ken can you have a look and confirm if it's fixed or not?
