LaMont, thank you for your report. I'm not quite sure what you did to get to this failure (but I've seen lintian warn about "incorrect-libdir-in-la-file", so this may be related). What do you mean with rebuild testing? "pbuilder -twice"?

LaMont, I can't reproduce the problem I suspect you were having and you did not tell me what it was. Closing the ticket, feel free to reopen with more information.
