Bug Description
The ict-development-ide seed includes both eclipse and netbeans as dependencies (i.e. 2 Java IDEs). This is unnecessary (and wasteful of space on the DVD).
Proposal: select eclipse as the default Java IDE and remove the netbeans dependency.
