Replace "Report a bug" with "Report a bug or wishlist"

Bug Description
The "Report a bug" button is a bit too restrictive, and users don't always know where to report a wishlist (they often ask in the Answer part first). Is it possible to replace this button with "Report a bug or wishlist" or something similar?

I don't think the is appropriate. There are many project who do not want feature requests through bugs.
That said, we may want to think about a non-invasive way of giving users a path to request features. Mailing list seem more appropriate IMHO.
