Bug Description

Binary package hint: xmltoman

It actually is not bug, but tiny correction. The xmltoman writes "User's Manual" without quotes, where as the nroff or whatever manpage formatter treats the above as 2 words and hence formats it wrongly.

Moreover it does not require and process manpage attributes _date_ and _version_ for the header line (need to fix dtd also, I don't know how?)

I have a patch ready for the above, let me know how and where to I submit the patch for evaluation and, or merging in to the next release.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
