Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

Laptop was connected to home wireless DSL connection, connected the computer to an ethernet port on another connection at another source (at college) . set the OS to hibernate and took the computer back to home wireless DSL connection. Connection did not respond and the wireless icon on the panel did not respond when clicking on the icon to retry selecting the connection.
