Bug Description

Currently the liferea icons are not themeable at all at all places where no gtk stock icons are used.
I reported this already upstream but it shouldn't be too hard to implement so I'll maybe implement it

Solving this one should also solve #81551 - or at least make it trivial to fix it.h
