ubiquity time progress bar never reaches 100

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Installing Karmic from the beta CD, the progress bar that pops up between the first and second page (after clicking Forward) jumps repeatedly from 0 to 3% and back again.

The title of the progress bar window is "Setting up the Clock"

This is clearly a very minor, only cosmetic bug as the installation still seems to work.

Also, for reference, the progress bar initially goes to about 30%, before jumping back to 0% and then going back and forth between 0% and 3%.

9.10 reached end of life several years ago, are you able to reproduce this on 12.04+?
