Sync gwget2 1.0.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Please sync gwget2.

gwget2 (1.0.4-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release. Closes: #533658, #552715.
    + Build Gwget extension for Epiphany 2.28.
    + Drop already applied patch 60_epi-226.patch.
    + Remove debian/gwget.service as it is now provided upstream.
  * Update Standars-Version to 3.8.3.
    + Add debian/README.source.
  * Use quilt to manage patches.
    + Add quilt to Build-Depends in debian/control.
    + Replace simple-patchsys by patchsys-quilt in debian/rules.
  * debian/patches:
    + Add fix_glib_error_reporting improving error reporting.
  * debian/rules:
    + Remove all `.a' and `.la' files of Epiphany extension.

1.0.4 appeared yesterday in Debian Unstable. Can you please check if we can sync, or at least merge the package from there?

Artur, your package contains 01_epi_229.patch, but the Debian does not. Can we drop it?

The Debian package contains (in debian/rules):
DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS += --with-epiphany-version=2.28
But we have epiphany 2.29.

I talked with gwget's Debian maintainer and he told:
"Yes, they both have Epiphany 2.29, but the API version is still 2.28 as
the pkg-config file is epiphany-2.28, and not epiphany-2.29"
