Bug Description
windows 7 was installed in my machine with Arabic as the default language , when I try to install Ubuntu karmic 9.10 beta using Wubi, I choose the language of Ubuntu as "English", but when the system restarts and begin installation the language turns into Arabic, and it became the default language of the system
this bug was also in Ubuntu jaunty with windows XP
