Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

1. What you expected to happen

I open update-manager, I find out there there updates available, I clicked "Install Updates".
I expect the just created polkit-gnome-authorization to be focused.

2. What actually happened
The polkit-gnome-authorization window is not focused

3. The minimal series of steps necessary to make it happen
open update-manager when there are updates
click "install updates"
look at the unfocused polkit-gnome window

I think this is a Compiz bug because with Metacity I don't have this problem.
I'm using Karmic Beta and almost all packages are up to date.
