Bug Description
After latest full-upgrade and reboot noticed visual-bell was very slow (seconds) to flash the screen. Noticed screen-saver very slow too. Tried fgl_glxgears and got only 100-200 FPS. Normally, I've been getting 1100-1200 FPS.

with the latest Karmic updates (10/19) it seems to be much better half the time. I rebooted four times. Every other time I had way slow graphics (100 FPS) and the other times I had decent graphics (800 FPS). Anyways, so now I'm getting around 70% of what I got before the last beta update every other boot. Which is much more livable than 10% all the time...
