@C de-Avillez - Ok, I have installed the new Beta and one of the things on the page was "Boot Experience", which requested users to file a bug for any messages that are shown after grub but before the splash screen. This is what I see in that time period, I thought this was going to be used to make sure people don't see things like this.

I tagged it with ubuntu-boot-experience as requested on the page, am I doing something wrong when posting this or what? Here is the site that asked for the information: http://www.ubuntulinux.org/testing/karmic/beta (Under the Boot Experience section).

@Tormod Volden - Yes I do have usplash installed, it comes with karmic and I did not remove it.
