venu, apt daemon or something else may have been running at the same time:

debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another process: Resource temporarily unavailable

Please retry the operation (as I'm sure you've done by now since this as 18+ months ago.

Closing w/ status Invalid.
